Please read these terms carefully before using the kk10 platform — your rights, responsibilities, and the limits of our services are clearly described here.

General Terms
1.1 Introduction to the Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the kk10 platform and all its services ("kk10", "we", "us") and the users of the platform ("you", "member", "player"). These Terms have been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
kk10 is a secure and reliable online gaming platform that ensures the highest level of protection for its members through SSL encryption and a fair play policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1.2 Eligibility
To open and use an account on the kk10 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be 21 years of age or older (strictly enforced for 21+).
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Participating in online gaming activities must be legally permitted in your own jurisdiction.
- You must not have been previously permanently banned from kk10.
- Each person may operate only one account.
kk10 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account that fails to meet any of the above conditions.
1.3 Changes to the Terms
kk10 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Policy
2.1 Account Registration and Verification
When registering an account on kk10, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. kk10 may at any time request additional documents for identity verification, such as:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
If the requested documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your kk10 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify the kk10 support team immediately.
2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each member may operate only one kk10 account. Opening more than one account by the same person is explicitly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances held in them may be forfeited.
Financial Transaction Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The approved methods for depositing funds into kk10 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. You must deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The correct reference details must be included at the time of deposit.
- kk10 is not responsible for deposits made with incorrect information.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
- Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
kk10 reserves the right to temporarily hold any unusual or suspicious withdrawal request for verification.
3.3 Unauthorized Financial Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Misuse of chargebacks or credit card dispute processes.
- Using a fake or another person's payment account.
- Using the platform's payment system for any illegal purpose.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New kk10 members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
Wagering requirements apply to the bonus: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found on any account, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
- kk10 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Age verification must be completed before a bonus can be claimed.
4.3 VIP Program
The kk10 VIP program has three tiers that active members can qualify for automatically:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's activity and regular participation on the platform. kk10 reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.
Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Platform Abuse
The following activities are completely prohibited on the kk10 platform:
- Operating games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit any vulnerabilities.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity against other members.
- Improperly exploiting the bonus system or coordinating multiple accounts for mutual benefit.
- Operating an account under a false identity or playing on behalf of a third party.
- Any harmful activity that could disrupt the platform's services.
Violation of any of the above rules will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.
5.2 Game and Betting Policy
All games and sports betting on kk10 are conducted in accordance with the fair play policy. The outcome of every game is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG). Online gaming is inherently risky; kk10 does not guarantee any specific winnings. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.

6.1 Use of Personal Data
The collection and processing of kk10 members' personal data is governed by our privacy policy. We use your information for the following purposes:

Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Limitations
kk10 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but service may be temporarily disrupted for the following reasons:
- Server maintenance or technical upgrades.

- Natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
kk10 is not liable for any losses arising from such circumstances. However, if a technical fault causes any issue involving a member's funds, we will always endeavour to resolve it.
8.2 Liability for Gaming Losses
kk10 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming. Gaming is conducted entirely at the member's own will and risk. kk10 does not guarantee any specific outcome. In the event of a bet being unintentionally registered due to a technical error, kk10 reserves the right to cancel or amend that bet at its own discretion.

10.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary. All remaining provisions shall remain fully in effect.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together constitute the entire agreement between kk10 and the member. Any prior oral or written discussions or understandings are superseded by this agreement. Any waiver of rights under these terms and conditions shall only be effective in writing and with the approval of kk10.
